Kannan Lakshminarayan, Co-founder & Advisor – Mechatronics – Kannan is a “parallel” entrepreneur and award winning innovator. He is also the Founder & CTO of Vortex and Managing Trustee of Fractal Foundation. Kannan has a track-record of successful development and commercialisation of customized solutions in the domain of electro-mechanical engineering, particularly for contexts that are price-sensitive and demand high reliability. He engages widely with grass-root level organizations and NGOs working with rural poor on sustainable solutions that improve quality of life, from whom he draws inspiration for pioneering new solutions that hold the promise of scalable impact.
Sabarinath C Nair, CEO – Sabarinath is a computer scientist with interest in simulation integrated training methodologies. He has wide experience in building intuitive and effective products and solutions for the developing world. Prior to founding Skillveri, he was handling marketing of Vortex ATMs.
He has been selected to be on the Prime Minister’s Champions of Change initiative, on the panel for Education and Skill Development. He is a winner of NSDC’s National Innovation for Skills Challenge in 2014.
Manu Iyer – Strategist
Manu is an experienced strategist and early-stage investor who has backed multiple deep-tech startups through Bluehill Capital, where he is the Managing Partner. He holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras.
Rejitha R Nair – GM – Software
Rejitha heads the software development at Skillveri’s India headquarters in Chennai. She has been associated with Skillveri since its inception, initially working with the software team before taking on bigger operations role. She brings a total experience of 17 years across different roles in technology and management. Prior to working with Skillveri, Rejitha was an officer at State Bank of India, and a software developer at Fractal Foundation and 3i-infotech.
Deepa Umesh – Creative Head
Deepa Umesh heads the Creative team at Skillveri. A multimedia professional with post- graduation in media studies. She is backed by over 24 years of expertise spanning in advertising, media, design and sports with a particular focus on Metaverse and XR technologies. She has worked with clients across the globe. She is passionate about introducing young minds to industry 4.0 along with mainstream education.
